1. Delivery Locations

We currently deliver across Tamil Nadu and selected locations in South India.
We are constantly expanding our network to serve more regions — please check availability during checkout or contact us at support@sriorganics.org for assistance.


2. Order Processing Time

  • All confirmed orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
  • Orders placed after 6:00 PM or on Sundays/public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • You will receive an order confirmation email/SMS once your order is placed successfully.

3. Shipping Time and Method

  • Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
  • Deliveries are handled by trusted logistic partners who specialize in safe and temperature-conscious transport of organic goods.
  • Rural or remote areas may experience slightly longer delivery times.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if any) will be displayed during checkout before payment.
  • We occasionally offer free delivery promotions for certain locations or order amounts.
  • Large or bulk orders may attract additional delivery charges, which will be clearly communicated before dispatch.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • A tracking ID and link via email/SMS
  • Real-time updates on delivery status

6. Packaging and Handling

All Sri Organics products are carefully packed in eco-friendly, food-safe materials to preserve freshness and prevent damage during transit.
Our team ensures hygiene and quality checks at every stage of packing and shipping.


7. Delays and Exceptions

While we always aim for timely delivery, certain factors may cause delays, such as:

  • Extreme weather conditions
  • Natural calamities or regional restrictions
  • Unexpected logistic or courier issues

In such cases, our team will promptly notify you via your registered contact details.


8. Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive a damaged package or find missing items, please contact support@sriorganics.org within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number.
Our team will investigate and provide a replacement or suitable resolution at the earliest.

Currently, we do not ship internationally.
